Welcome to From The Olive Roots by TK Holistic (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our services, including but not limited to private sessions, support groups, seminars, certifications, and retreats (both online and in-person), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We offer holistic healing services, including:

•Private one-on-one sessions (in-person and online)

•Support groups (online and in-person)

•Seminars and certification in ThetaHealing, Reiki and other modalities

•Local and international retreats

Our work is holistic and integrative, incorporating psychological and trauma-informed healing approaches. While we support emotional, psychological, and physical well-being, our services do not replace medical or psychiatric treatment.

•If you have been diagnosed with a psychiatric or medical condition or are taking medication, you must disclose this before starting any sessions, workshops, or retreats.

•As part of our intake process, we collect an emergency contact name and phone number for safety purposes.

•Our services complement but do not replace medical, psychiatric, or psychological care. If you are under medical or psychological supervision, you should consult your provider before participating.

•You agree to take full responsibility for your health and well-being while engaging in our services.

•All bookings must be made in advance through our website or other approved platforms.

•Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

•We accept payments via [list payment methods].

•Prices are subject to change without notice.

Private Sessions:

•Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable.

•Rescheduling is allowed at no extra charge if requested at least 24 hours before the session.

•No refunds are provided for private sessions.

•Deposits for retreats are non-refundable.

•If a participant cancels more than one month before the retreat, they will receive a refund for the remaining payment, excluding the deposit.

•Cancellations within one month of the retreat are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

•All personal information shared during sessions is kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law or to prevent harm.

•We maintain the privacy of all client data and adhere to our Privacy Policy (see below).

•While we strive to provide the highest level of care, we are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in our services.

•You agree to assume full responsibility for your health and well-being.

•All content, materials, and teachings provided in our services are the intellectual property of From The Olive Roots by TK Holistic and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and any applicable international laws.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
